Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the SkillNexus B2E sponsorship platform by sponsoring organizations and sponsored individuals.

1. What SkillNexus B2E provides

SkillNexus B2E lets an organization sponsor free training or cash support for people it enrolls. The organization pays SkillNexus directly; sponsored individuals are not charged for the training or support they receive.

2. Organization responsibilities

Organizations are responsible for the accuracy of the people they enroll, for obtaining any consent required to submit another person's contact details, and for setting reasonable onboarding, assessment and training windows.

3. Learner responsibilities

Learners agree to provide accurate demographic, identity, and bank details during onboarding, and to complete assessments honestly and independently. Your profile is built once and reused across all programs you join.

4. Data collection and bank details

To prepare you for sponsorship programs and enable payments or cash support disbursements, we collect necessary information including:

• Full name, email, phone, date of birth
• NIN (National Identification Number) and ID details
• Address and location information
• Education, employment background, and skills
• Bank name, account number, and account name — used exclusively for cash sponsorship disbursements

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Paystack (for Naira transactions) or Flutterwave (for international currencies). SkillNexus does not store card details. A sponsorship is confirmed once the payment provider confirms a successful charge.

6. Stage windows and expiry

Each organization sets its own start and end times for onboarding, assessment and training. Once a stage's end time passes, no further entry into or use of that stage is possible for enrollments under that organization.

7. Content and conduct

Course content is provided for the enrolled learner's individual use. Sharing assessment answers, using another person's account, or attempting to bypass anti-cheating safeguards may result in suspension.

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

9. Data privacy

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. It is only used to facilitate your participation in sponsored programs and to process payments. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
